In order to prevent the performance of the automatic shrink packaging machine from deteriorating or reducing the probability of equipment failure, the operator should carry out relative technical management measures according to the technical conditions. The most common is the cleaning work after daily work and the periodic inspection screws. 1. The packaging machine should be used in an environment where the temperature is -10 °C - 50 °C, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, there is no corrosive gas in the surrounding air, no dust, no explosion hazard. Like the baler and shrink machine, the packaging machine is also a three-phase 380V power supply.
2. Always check whether the packaging machine parts are in good condition. For example, the vacuum packaging machine ensures that the vacuum pump works normally, and the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse. The oil and tea three-dimensional transparent film packaging machine should be checked frequently. The normal oil level is 1/2-3/4 of the oil window (cannot be exceeded). When there is moisture in the vacuum pump or the color of the oil turns black, the new oil should be replaced at this time. (Generally, work continuously for one or two months, use 1# vacuum gasoline or 30# gasoline, oil can also be used).
3, the impurity filter should be frequently removed and washed (usually once every 1-2 months, such as packaging debris should shorten the cleaning time).
4. For 2-3 months of continuous operation, the rear cover 30 should be opened to add lubrication to the sliding parts and the switch bumps. The connection activities on the heating rods should be lubricated according to the usage.
5. Check the decompression, filtration and oil mist triplets 24 frequently to ensure oil mist (sewing machine oil) in the oil mist and oil cup, and no water in the filter cup.
6. The heating strip and the silicone strip should be kept clean and free from foreign matter, so as not to affect the quality of the seal.
7. On the heating rod, the two layers of adhesive under the heating sheet will be insulated, and should be replaced in time when there is damage, so as to avoid short circuit.
8. The user has self-prepared working air source and inflatable gas source. The working pressure of the vacuum packaging machine has been set to 0.3 MPa, which is more suitable. Do not adjust too much without special circumstances.
9. The packaging machine must have a reliable grounding device during installation. It is not allowed to be placed and impacted during the handling process, and it cannot be carried over.
11. When working, first ventilate and then energize. When the machine is shut down, first cut off the electricity and then cut off the gas. In case of emergency, immediately cut off the power.
With the development of science and technology, the upgrading of packaging machine equipment is inevitable in China and the world. But the use and common maintenance methods will not change.
